Order your usual waist size. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one. M fits a 30–32 in (75–80 cm) waist, L fits 32–34 in (80–85 cm). See the full size guide.
Orders ship from Montréal within 2 business days. Standard shipping is free: 5–7 business days in Canada, 7–16 days internationally. Express (2–5 business days in Canada) is free on orders over $250. Buying a holiday gift? Order early so it arrives in time.
