Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We ship from Montreal, Québec, Canada, to the following destinations:
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $250 before any applicable fee
- Please continue to checkout to see all available options and rates for international destinations.
US & International Shipping
- Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on address
- We only ship to select international countries available at checkout.
- Only Free Standard Shipping is available
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Otherwise we cannot process your refund or exchange. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, or a new item will be shipped if you requested an exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, if you are unsure about the fit or style, we ask you to not take off your undergarments when you try on the swimsuit. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria.
- Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Some orders include free products. If, due to the return of one or more items, you no longer qualify for this special offer, please return the free products as well. If these products are not returned, a refund cannot be issued.
- Returns will not be reimbursed for taxes or shipping costs.
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a different size or color (subject to availability).
- Customers must initiate an exchange request by contacting our support team. In cases of exchange requests, please provide us with the desired style and size you would like to take instead. We will issue you a prepaid return mailing label by e-mail for you to print and to ship us the item back. Please allow between 7-10 business days for us to process your exchange request once we receive the package back.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund as per our return policy
- Contact our support team at support@inventiostyle.com with your order number.
- Follow the instructions provided to return your item.
Once received, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our criteria. A refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Canada: A flat return shipping fee may apply, deducted from your refund.
- USA & International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please note, Inventio Style Inc. does not offer free returns for non-Canada orders. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
